Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. For after-hours or remote services where the customer is not present at the vehicle location, a secure payment link may be sent prior to dispatch. Payment must be completed before vehicle release. A processing fee applies to credit and debit card transactions.
Certain late-night or after-hours services may require payment confirmation prior to dispatch. This policy helps ensure secure and uninterrupted service for all customers.
If a service estimate is provided and our team arrives at the confirmed pickup location but the customer is not present or cancels upon arrival, a service fee may apply.
Productive Towing reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if the environment or situation is determined to be unsafe for our team or equipment.
Vehicles will only be released once full payment has been received and verified.
